9A Elevate is built to support real business platforms - not isolated tools.
It is delivered through standardized service packages designed to support the platforms you already use, or plan to use.

Depending on your organization’s setup, 9A Elevate can span solutions such as:
  • Microsoft: Dynamics 365, Power BI, Fabric, Azure, Microsoft agents
  • PTC: Windchill, Creo, and related engineering platforms
  • 9altitudes developed products and agents
  • Tulip, Capture, and connected operational systems

You don’t need all of these technologies for 9A Elevate to be relevant. If your organization uses one or more of these platforms, 9A Elevate provides a structured way to support and operate them with confidence.

9A Elevate is our software, service, & optimization package. It comes in 3 different levels: Core, Pro, and Enterprise (coming soon).

Where Core contains reactive lifecycle management, essential setup and development assets, as well as a minimal usage package, the scope is extended in pro.

Pro includes proactive lifecycle management, industry-specific capabilities, and a medium usage package. The scope is extended further in Enterprise.

Enterprise contains all the benefits of core and pro, and is extended further. More information will come soon.

You can, however, achieve some benefits if you have 9A Elevate for multiple business applications:

  • In your 9A Elevate package, you have a predefined consulting capacity. In certain periods, the need for consultancy may be higher for one business application than for another. If you have 9A Elevate covering both applications, the team can - together with you - decide how the available hours should be allocated.

  • Improvements to workflows that span multiple business applications become easier. For example, if an update in your ERP impacts the integration with your Field Service solution, your 9altitudes team has full visibility across both applications, simplifying the planning and execution of the required changes.

  • A shared service and support structure across applications creates clarity and security. Responsibilities are clear, processes are consistent, and there is no uncertainty about ownership or escalation when something needs attention.

No. You either have a 9A Elevate Core, Pro, or Enterprise.

If you have multiple business applications managed by 9altitudes and want a higher service level for one application than another, this is handled within the same 9A Elevate package.
When starting your 9A Elevate subscription, you agree together with your Service Delivery Manager how the preallocated consultancy capacity should be distributed across your business applications.
This ensures a consistent service structure while still giving you flexibility to focus effort where it creates the most value.
